Brotli compression code now open source

We published today the encoder part of Brotli. The code can be found here:
https://code.google.com/p/font-compression-reference/source/browse/#git%2Fbrotli%2Fenc

As the next step, we are planning to publish the code for the font-level
tools that use Brotli, so that compression ratio numbers can be gathered
across font collections.

If there are any questions regarding this open source release, please let
me know.
