We should also plan to have the face-to-face meeting in November 1-5 during the W3C TPAC meeting (Lyon, France) - this meeting is organized by W3C and is well-attended by many WG members. It will give us a chance to have our WG meeting as well as to meet with other WGs (e.g. CSS) if necessary. I wasn't planning on attending TypeCon, something about the 11 hour flight :) Though I would prefer either of the type related events (TypeCon or ATypI) over the non-type related W3TPAC.
