Hi All,

After three years including a long delay by a Patent Advisory Group, the 
Web Events WG has completed its major deliverables. Consequently, I 
asked Doug and Philippe to start the paper work to formerly close the 
Web Events Working Group and my expectation is that will happen within a 
week or so.

I'd like to have a short call on November 5 to thank every one for their 
participation as well as Q&A time (f.ex. the new CG, PEWG, etc.).
