Issue-19 & Issue-23 [Was: Re: Draft minutes: 20 September 2011 call]

Hi Laszlo,

Regarding Issue-19 and Issue-23, for the Touch Events v1 spec, there is 
consensus to remove the touchInitEvent method [1]. As such, this appears 
to make Issue-19 and your related Webkit patch moot (e.g. you may want 
to withdraw it).

For v2, we agreed to create a constructor ala DOM4.

(The "product" of Issue-23 was the Touch Events spec but I just changed 
the product to v2 and will keep this issue open until the v2 spec 
includes the constructor.)
