Doug - thanks, this looks good (I wouldn't be surprised if we get a 
bunch of "Observers" but we can deal with that later).

All - as I mentioned a few weeks ago in [1], this group will have a 
short f2f meeting during the W3C's annual TPAC meeting in Santa Clara CA 
US. The logistics are:

Date: Tuesday, November 1
Time: 09:00-12:30
Voice conference bridge: Yes [for remote attendees]
