Re: Moving forward with web education work

Thanks for that little kick in the behind, Chris :). This email has been
sitting in my outbox for far longer than it should have!

I've been thinking about how to best move forward with the outreach work.
The overall aim of the outreach project is to contact educators, companies
and trainers and getting them to adopt our learning material and
curricula. There are several ways in which you can get involved:

- Contact schools, educators, companies or trainers in your local area to
get them to adopt our learning material and curricula
- Organize events on campus to spread the word about web standards and the
resources that we offer
- Help us create outreach materials (handouts, presentations, email
templates, etc.) to explain the WebED project and its benefits

It seems that there are quite a few of you interested in getting involved.
It would be great to get an idea of who you are and how many of you are
out there. So if you are curious about outreach and want to figure out if
and how you can contribute, why not just drop me a quick email? We'll take
it from there :)

Have a great day, everybody,
Anna
