navigation menu article updated

Hi all!

I've updated the navigation menu article:

http://www.w3.org/wiki/Creating_multiple_pages_with_navigation_menus

<nav> added to all examples, and explained at top. Readability improved in a few places, some code examples added in, to clarify explanations.

I think this one is now ready to proof/translate.
