Informal meeting over testing tomorrow (Monday 8:00 PM UTC)

Everyone,

I checked with a few people who wanted to help with the mailing list,
and this time-slot may be suboptimal. However, I'm trying to get
everyone to join as Invited Experts at least.

In the mean-time, it looks like we should delay running our usual W3C
Test the Web Forward testing training for two weeks for a better time,
but I want to at least make sure everyone can get set-up properly in
Github and we have everyone's Github IDs who may want to admin the
testing effort. So, if you are interested in being an admin for the test
(i.e. approving pull requests), do email me your Github ID.

If you want to give the testing infrastructure for Test the Web-style
Open Web Platform tests (ala HTML5), see here:

http://testthewebforward.org/docs/configuration.html

Note this meeting will be rather informal and is *not* a W3C WG meeting.
Non-W3C members may attend.

Telecon info is the usual WebEx:
