[W3C Web Crypto WG] charter extension by 6 months

Dear all,

During our call yesterday we have resolved to ask the W3C director a charter extension for 6 months for the W3C Web Crypto WG.

With respect to our working method, we have a 2 week call for consensus for approving this decision. If no one raise any objection, Wendy and Harry will make the request to the director. The deadline for receiving your objection to that decision (or support) is 8th of march, EOB, UTC based.
