A status on where the WG is, which has been shared during our call last Monday.
- The web crypto API has been moved to github recently https://github.com/w3c/webcrypto
- The editors have 2 weeks to perform the last editorial aspects
- The tests for demonstrating interoperable implementations are available on github https://github.com/diafygi/webcrypto-examples
- Note that the tests only check the presence of the algorithm and not the functional aspects of the specification
- We will have a call on the 30th of November in order to agree on the move to PR based on the final version of the specification http://www.w3.org/2015/Process-20150901/#rec-pr (dedicated invitation mail will be sent)
- The WG will soon enter in the maintenance phase, which relies on the addition of new interesting algorithms for the web [1]
