[W3C Web Crypto WG] Web Crypto API Last Call status (27th of may)

Hi all,

You may have noticed that the Web Crypto API Last Call commenting period ended last week. The editors, chair and W3C staff contact met yesterday to make a status on where we are :

- As of today, the spec has 66 bugs open under bugzilla system [0].

- We reviewed bugs and drafted a status for each of them, a document capturing this status is available [1].

- The editors will soon push changes on the editors's specification to address bugs one by one

- We found reasonable to have a 2 weeks period for people to comment on each bug fix

- We will create thread for the bugs for which solution need further discussion on the mailing list
In other words, and to make it short, the "Last Call bug resolution" is starting, please pay attention to the changes on bugzilla and make sure your raise your hand rapidly if you are not happy

Note that as the WG does not have any conference call scheduled anymore [2], if you feel that an adhoc call would help in resolving a bug, do not hesitate to ask me or Harry to organize it, we will relay that with one
week notice.
For your information, I have created a "Last Call diary" wiki page summarizing our progress [3].

Regards,
Virginie
Gemalto
Chair of the Web Crypto WG
