Ryan is noting and explaining well the current logic of the Working
Group decisions. In some cases, the reviewer is simply disagreeing and
not being convinced.
In this case, I feel it helps with very controversial bugs to ask or
suggest a precise suggested change in text unless a proposal is clearly
out of scope.
Except for the formal objection, I'm going through the list of high
priority controversial bugs and trying to get suggested text. That helps
us fairly and reasonably (including possibly the Director in cases for
formal objections).
