Do you have a list of issues in particular that you see needing to be
worked out specifically?

As Mike mentioned on our last call, JOSE agreed to fold in the private and
symmetric representations into JWK.

As far as I recall, this only leaves wrap/unwrap as an open issue, and this
in the context of Mark's proposal.
