Secondary Feature Document: Need Briefing

Hi everyone, 
As you may recall, I volunteered to manage the Secondary Feature document during our last conference. As I mentioned, I have no prior experience managing W3C wiki documents and so I would like to be briefed on how I'm expected to do this beforehand.

Can anyone brief me? A 10 minute phone call should be enough.
