Yes.  Per http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-jose-json-web-algorithms-05#section-4.7, JOSE uses RFC3394 AES Key Wrap.

It seems that for private keys and symmetric keys, a format for key encryption/key wrapping is more important.  JOSE must already have a format for key encryption/key wrapping, right?

If so, what is the format of the plaintext private/symmetric key inside the "wrap"?
