WebCrypto API: support for key escrow (archival)?

Hi,

I am new to the list.  Some time ago, I read somewhere that <keygen> is
"good enough" to replace generateCRMFRequest(). Could someone point me
to the documentation/sample on the usage specifically in terms of key
escrow (archival)?
