Dear Web Commerce IG participants, We anticipate a face-to-face meeting on 25-26 October in Lyon as part of TPAC. However, to hold a full 2-day meeting we will need to hear from you what agenda items you would like to discuss. With the chairs we have started to gather ideas: https://www.w3.org/WebCommerce/IG/wiki/Main_Page/FTF_Oct2018 Ideas so far: • European Payments (PSD2) update • Fostering (merchant and user) adoption of Payment Request API. What issues are merchants/users facing and how to overcome them? • Summary of the W3C Workshop on Permissions and User Consent (which takes place September 2018) • Anything new on blockchain? We have not yet identified people to lead discussions of these topics, but are working on that. The wiki also lists topics we’ve discussed on monthly calls; if there are any where you would like updates, let us know.
