Welcome to our new list and expanded mission

Dear Web Commerce IG members:

On behalf of the chairs and staff, welcome to our new IG mailing list.  As we have now progressed from Web Payments to Web Commerce, our areas of interest have expanded as well ('i' is for interest!).

Our fundamental mission remains the same - to identify business requirements and practices that will benefit from standards for the Web, and do the ground work to get such work approved and started.

We're looking forward to continuing to work with our Web Payments IG colleagues as well as our new members.
