AC Review pending

WebCGM WG list --

For those of you who were curious about the status of the WG re-charter 
effort...

Chris says that the start of AC review is pending -- should start within a 
couple days -- for the Graphics Activity and its working groups' charters, 
including the new WebCGM WG charter.
