current (8/27) mailing list for WebCGM WG

Hi All --

As I read the "Mailing List Audit", I think that the WG list 
(public-webcgm-wg) contains the expected WG participants EXCEPT Don and 
Dave.  They are in the joining process.

So if you want a message to reach all expected WG members, send it like 
this message -- to the WG list plus those two individuals.
