    <lofton agenda item: roll call

<Stuart I think topics are done with topic:

routine business

    <lofton none.

End of charter

    LH: I have a few comments/questions

    DC: yes I think so.

LH: Thierry sent us a draft charter

TM: a one year project is aggressive, it means Last Call comments in
    July

LH: I think it will help make sure the project won't be 2 or 3 years
    long.

TM: I think it would be a good idea, and we should consider
splitting requirements for a fast track WebCGM and a longer 3.0
    specification

LH: I think it would be a good idea to say in the charter that we
expect this to be a relatively short project

BB: Since the work is shared between two WGs, it gives us less
    control over the time period.

TM: the reason I have two drafts is because the W3C ask us to
    publish every 3 months

LH: the problem with that is the coordination between the two groups

BB: what do we gain by saying that?

BB: I think the charter if fine as it is

LH: public-webcgm@w3.org is the wrong list for the group

LH: under mission and scope... it could be renamed Background

SG: I think renaming would be good.

LH: Requirements could be renamed to Mission and Scope

    TM: ok

LH: About Relationship to other groups... these are mostly based for
2.0 work. all may not be relevant for 2.1

<Stuart I need to hang up now. My other meeting is starting

LH: Is there any way that other groups can be restricted to comment
    on the delta only

TM: we could add a general statement that applies to all the group,
we would like feedback on the new 2.1 features, etc..
