small fix to 1.0 Errata document

I think the header of the 1.0 errata document needs a small fix.  Our 
current approved WG draft is:

It defines "This version:" to be:

[2] http://www.w3.org/2007/WebCGM10-errata.html

However, the WebCGM 1.0 2nd Release header section links to a different URL 
[3] for its errata page.

[3] http://www.w3.org/Graphics/WebCGM-20011217-errata

It seems to me that "This version" in the 1.0 errata document must be [3] 
instead of [2], correct?
