Sorry, I may have missed it. I'm ok to work on one message.

Also, per [1] we need to tell W3M about the advance notice:

  "Per the 11 July 2007 W3M meeting, a Domain Lead who wishes to send
advance notice must inform W3M. If there are no objections after two
days, the Domain Lead works with the Communications Team to draft the
advance notice to the Advisory Committee."
