During CR & moving to PR

    lofton: Thierry has updated the implementation report.
    ... it looks like SDI has code that addresses text on path test

    Lofton will update the spec

    Thierry will produce the final implementation report

    <Chris> Easier to get to PR, just showing you met the CR exit
    criteria

    <Chris> I will be travelling Monday 16th, and at the print symposium
    Tuesday 17th

    lofton: We will target the 16th or 17th for a PR telecon

    <Chris> I'm not on the critical path, its straightforward

    Are there objections to moving to PR if there are no comments?

    <lofton> Lofton's proposal: Subject to no further comments by CR
    close, 6th October, the WebCGM WG approves the spec [$1\47] for PR
    transition and requests the Director to approve PR transition.
