NH Köln-City Hotel

I tried booking the NH Köln-City Hotel today from their website.

for 4 nights: Aug 22 to Aug 26th

and the total price is  422.00 EUR (104 EUR per night VAT included).

This seems less expensive than the 114 EUR for our special deal price:

Any idea why ?
