Because Chris has a recurring conflict during our Wednesday timeslot and we won't be holding meetings on the next two Mondays (Sept 4, 11) PFWG decided [1] to try to set up an ad-hoc time to have a special call to discuss the issues that have been raised as regards WebCGM and access [2]. The way we are trying to schedule this is first to identify some "must-schedule" people and I will conduct a round of schedule negotiation with them. Then announce the time and date that works for that subgroup to the whole group. So, PF: please tell me in the next 48 hours [3] if you want to be on the must-schedule list for this ad-hoc call, if you want us to be sure to schedule the call to discuss this topic at a time you can make. Note, Chris Lilley, Lofton Henderson, Thierry Michel and Chieko Asakawa are already on my must-schedule list; they have to opt out. Anyone else has to opt in. Kentarou, please communicate to Asakawa-san my interest in scheduling a telecon to follow up on these issue with her on the call. Either get me her email if she is willing or her regrets if she does not wish to do this. Chris+Thierry, you may edit the must-schedule people list from WebCGM or propose alternate scheduling protocol as you see fit, of course. I see a draft [4] of what may be a new appendix. What other read-ahead is there that WAI folks could browse before the conversation?
