Re: [webauthn] Include an AuthenticatorTransport when creating a new credential.

@equalsJeffH I am thinking as I am reading and trying to understand the use case of this PR. I am not clear on that and I don't have a alternative right now. What I meant from "this information" was "transports supported by authenticator" and "to the credential" meaning that this PR does to add "transports" to credential descriptor. 

I see your point of U2F authenticators but not all in market U2F authenticators also don't put this information in certificates. What I meant by 100% was for newer FIDO2 V2 authenticator devices and I would like an easy and reliable way to figure out this information going forward instead of looking somewhere in certificate which is optional and may not even come back depending upon attestation type.
