[webauthn] daaKey format? (ECPointToB -> ECPoint2ToB)

sjparkRaon has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webauthn:

== daaKey format? (ECPointToB -> ECPoint2ToB) ==
The format of daaKey in packedStmtFormat is not in the format eccPubKey.

I think it should be ECPoint2ToB instead of ECPointToB.
