RE: [webauthn] updating spec attribution

There is now a Contributors section. See https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/pull/726/commits/a59bff43899ba37abbca8c9d4056aa72116448ef for the changes.

Thanks Mike.

See here <https://github.com/tabatkins/bikeshed/issues/885> for hints wrt conz'g up a "contributors" and/or "authors" list given current state of bikeshed. it seems Tab Atkins has on his todo list making this more feasible, dunno about timeline tho.

FYI, the Bikeshed documentation I found at https://tabatkins.github.io/bikeshed/ described Editor and Former Editor entries - both of which are now used, but it did not describe anything like a Contributor entry, so all contributors continue to be listed in the Acknowledgements section. If someone knows the Bikeshed incantation to add a Contributors section, please add it as a comment in the PR.

So the original authors of the FIDO spec that was accepted as a starting point in W3C should be listed as Editors, anyone that has consistently added/modified text should be listed as editor and all others would be contributors. I agree that we should ask each of the current members how they want to be listed if they have in any way contributed.

that's nominally fine by me, tho...

* the masthead sections should be alphabetized.

* what's the delineation between "editor" and "contributor"?

In (many) specs I've worked on in the past, "editor" denotes who is actually actively contributing substantially to the spec at the time of spec's timestamp, and those are the folks on the hook to help jump the spec thru process hoops.

E.g., I talked with Hubert and he's totally fine with being listed as a "contributor" at this time.

Perhaps we should ask each of the folks in the current "editors" list how they wish to be denoted on the W3C webauthn spec when it goes to CR.
Also, we should ask those listed below as "contributors to consider adding" how they wish to be ack'd -- as "contributor" or in "acknowledgements", and we are adding Angelo as an editor, and need to talk with Jeffrey Y. about that.

* We already have an acknowledgements section [1] towards the end of the spec. It needs to be updated and I'm willing to write more detailed acks for those who've made key contributions, as noted below. additions to that list welcome.
