The merged document is complete and in great shape

I compared the merged document at http://w3c.github.io/webauthn/ with the three contributed specifications.  I believe the result to be complete - incorporating all the normative contributed content - and an intelligent interleaving of the content of the three documents, rather than just simply a concatenation.  Good job!

I'm fine with the working group deleting the precursor documents in the W3C WebAuthN repository.
