Slight Grammatical Error

In the first Story in Section 3.6, the plural 'they' is used to refer to
the singular 'owner.'  While the neuter plural does date back quite a
ways (I understand that even Shakespeare used it a few times), it's
generally considered _very_ poor practise.  Otherwise, a great document
which should be required reading for anyone who touches an information
system.
