Delay/extension of comments from I18N WG

Dear TAG,

As discussed with some of you (Stuart and Chris) in our joint meeting
today, we are moving forward on the I18N WG's comments to WebArch, but
will not be able to finish them by tomorrow. Our expectation is that
we should be able to send them in by two weeks later.
