This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Web 
Application Security Working Group:

The deadline for responses is 04:59 UTC on 2024-03-02 (23:59, Boston 
time on 2024-03-01) [0].

The new charter adds several new deliverables: Off-The-Record Response 
Header Field, End-to-End Encryption email, Source Code Transparency, 
Passkey Endpoints Well-Known URL, Securer Contexts.

The expected team resource is 0.05 FTE.

Current participants will not need to re-join the group if the new 
charter is approved since there was no change in scope.
