Teleconference **TUESDAY** May 14, 2019

We're going to experiment with a new meeting day this month since Wednesday
was problematic for some people. This month's meeting will be TUESDAY next
week instead of Wednesday. The 1800 UTC time seemed to work for Europe and
the Americas so we'll stick with that this time (change one thing at a
time).
