In general, one a month sounds fine. That said, scheduling a call in the near future might be a good forcing function for feedback on the charter that Wendy asked for.

It seems the last 6 months or so we've already been cancelling roughly 50% of meetings anyway, how to folks feel about moving to a monthly cadence for our teleconference?
