These specifications were produced by the Web Application Security Working
Group.

This Recommendation Track document is being developed under the 2015 W3C
Process Document (since 2014, it combines former Last Call and Candidate
Recommendation requirements under the single label "Candidate 
Recommendation."

Participants made a Royalty-Free licensing commitment upon joining this
Working Group. With the publication of these documents, per section 4.1
of the Patent Policy [1], Participants have an opportunity until
7 December 2015 23:59 UTC to exclude patent claims reading on these
Candidate Recommendations. In this exclusion opportunity, exclusions are
limited to matter in the Candidate Recommendation that was not present or
