Rechartering Thread 10: additional cookie data

Based on our survey results and discussion at TPAC, there was
consensus not to work on this.  Members felt it was important, but
expressed concerns that the IETF might be a more appropriate venue,
that this topic might introduce IPR concerns into this group that
would cause some members to withdraw, and that it should be triaged as
less important than other items potentially taking the group's
attention and energy.

Please reply to this thread if you wish to express an objection to
this consensus and ask the WG consider this for its charter.
