Rechartering Thread 3: MIME-type sniffing

Based on our survey results and discussion at TPAC, there is
reasonable consensus for NOT adopting work in this area.

As this work is already done at:

https://mimesniff.spec.whatwg.org/

there was little interest or feeling that it would be productive to
try to re-duplicate this within the W3C.

Please reply to this thread if you would like to or express an
interest in this being part of the WG's new charter over these
objections.
