[webappsec] Face to Face at TPAC 2014

TPAC, host of the biggest annual W3C technical plenary, is returning to
Silicon Valley this year, 27-31st October, 2014

I'd like to see the WebAppSec WG reconvene for our first face-to-face
meeting since April 2013.

Please mark your calendars, and let me or the list know if you have a
preference for Mon-Tues or Thurs-Fri for our WG meeting.
