Re: [webappsec-testsuite] Who approves new PHP checkins?

The current reviewer-approvers for PHP checkins are me and Philippe. I
agree we should have a better reviewing system, but we could get that and
more by moving the repo to github -- where we now have a central
web-platform-tests repo that already holds tests for the HTML WG and
WebApps WG and where we're hoping to move test for as many other
browser-technology groups as we can.
