It's very much allowed in Opera's Oslo HQ at least. Heck, we even built and embedded a BitTorrent client into our browser :P


But it's a valid concern, although I think people interested in a W3C test VM probably doesn't sit in the most restrictive corporate networks. Or if some anyway do, they're probably savvy enough to route it via server or just ask sysadmin to allow BitTorrent ;-)
