TPAC IE waver and Diversity fund

Everyone,

If you are an Invited Expert (IE) who is active in the WebApps (formerly 
WebPlat) WG, there is a waver on the registration cost for TPAC 2019.

There is also a modest diversity fund available, sponsored by Adobe, 
Dyno Mapper, Microsoft, Samsung, Siteimprove, TetraLogical and The 
Paciello Group.

The diversity fund is there to assist people from under-represented 
groups within the web community, who would not be able to attend TPAC 
without financial assistance. More information is available here:

Applications to the diversity fund must be completed by end of day on 
14th July 2019.
