Thanks.  Reopening just to get your attention for this question: since you have
this concept of "unit of related similar-origin browsing contexts", how do I
determine that so that I can find the right stack to push and pop from?  I
assume that "incumbent script" is something that is also related to the "unit
of related similar-origin browsing contexts" now?
