It has been a while. We believe that people using Widget Updates include
at least Opera (who have a server-side and client-side implementation) and
Apache Wookie, and there are others who have said that they intend to do
so.

Meanwhile we don't have any actual dissent.

This CfC is therefore resolved to have passed, and we will request CR
publication for Widget Updates.
