CfC: publish Widget URI spec as a WG Note; deadline March 9 from Arthur Barstow on 2012-03-02 (public-webapps@w3.org from January to March 2012)

It appears no one is interested in moving the Widget URI spec along the 
REC track. As such, this is a Call for Consensus to stop work on that 
spec and to publish it as a WG Note using the following ED as the basis:

If you have any comments or concerns about this CfC, please send them to 
public-webapps@w3.org by March 9 at the latest. Positive response is 
preferred and encouraged and silence will be assumed to be agreement 
with the proposal.
