I mentioned https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=15210 as
fixing it would affect requirements. I don't think we have a position
with respect to fixing it soon or in the future.

Either way you'll run into the problems that come with maintaining a
fork. You cannot integrate new or changed requirements, but have to
integrate clarifications and such. This does not matter much to Opera
as we implement from the (continuously) developed version of the
specification, not its forks.
