I'd like to get Web Messaging moving on the REC track but it currently is blocked by one open bug: * 13686 - Remove the special case from onmessage (to call start()) There has been considerable debate (e.g. re-opened six times) but some of the later comments kinda' indicate there may be some movement toward convergence.
