[widgets] <option>s on <feature>s

It might be good to add an <option>s element on the <feature> element to 
allow options to be set for features using name-value pairs. For example:

<feature name="http://clothing.com/api">
	<option name="fancy" value="pants"/>
	<option name="color" value="green"/>
</feature>

Thoughts? comments?
