Are there any other implementations working on File Upload? Changing
the WD to match what FF does would be a good idea. This includes:

File:
 Changed methods/method names
FileDialog:
 remove altogether
FilesSelectionEvent: 'files-selected'
 remove altogether ('DOMAttrModified' or 'change' are a good enough substitute)

Making the above changes, there would be one implementation (Firefox
3+) as a model example for other implementations (Opera, Webkit).

If there are no other implementations, I would like to make the
changes mentioned. How do I do it?
