The Mobile Web Best Practices WG has explicitly asked the WebApps WG
to review:

  Content Transformations Guidelines 1.0
  Last Call Working Draft 1 August 2008
  <http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-ct-guidelines-20080801/>

More specific instructions for the WebApps WG:

[[
* for the WebApps Working Group, since the document has some provision
on specific behavior for XmlHTTPRequest type of requests (as highlighted
by one of our own comments on the XmlHTTPRequest spec:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webapi/2008May/0064.html )
]]

The deadline for comments is 16 September 2008.

Comments should be sent to public-bpwg-comments@w3.org

> These guidelines have just been published as a Last Call Working

> The Last Call review period extends until September 16, and we
